Rachael Ray Brights Nonstick Cookware Pots and Pans Set, 14 Piece, Orange Gradient

I purchased this cookware for my new house in another state. I own a set of this at my vacation home. It works flawlessly. Looks good in the kitchen, cleans up fast & easy.

They are not a solid as I thought

My order arrived sooner than anticipated which was good and there was no damage caused in transit, BUT the items were obviously packaged without quality control at the Rachel Ray end of things. One of the pan lids was obviously damaged - metal rim was severely dented so won't sit on top of the pan (will be hitting the trash). There was also minor damage or flaws to the small pan: enamel coating looked either chipped or missing in one spot and the end of the handle was missing some of the orange rubber coating. There was also one spot of missing scratchproof coating on the tray. Frustrating when you're spending $270 CAD on new product... Amazon offered a refund towards the damages as there was no option to receive replacements(!?!) - I guess I can live with the pan and tray issues, but wonder whether this will affect the items' lifespan once I start to use and wash them. It's a shame as I'd purchased these pans a few years ago (at a much cheaper price at Walmart) and those ones were in perfect condition.

Those whole pot set is fabulous...I love it and the gray color is very nice. I ordered another set for a family member.
