After reading several reviews I am surprised that no one mentioned how difficult it is to get this pad on. Maybe everyone else had someone help while I struggled alone.I have a very sore right shoulder with limited mobility. After 20 minutes or longer of struggling to get the strap that goes across my body on properly my shoulder and arm were really throbbing, burning and in pain. The strap was never on correctly and I could not figure it out. The instruction booklet is a joke! It was of no use in trying to decipher how to wrap the complex strap.The pad did not fit perfectly as shown in the advertisement. I had to hold it down. I could not see the buttons on the side of my arm to determine if the heat was on after pressing the remote. I had to press buttons on the remote several times before the massager kicked in. I couldn’t get the heat and massager on the right levels.The heat and massage felt good but I had to hold the pad down on my shoulder to really feel it. Then my left arm was tired from holding down the pad on my right shoulder. I felt like I had been in a wrestling match after all of the effort to use this pad. Needless to say I am returning it.

This shoulder heating/massage pad is working great for me! So much pain relief, and the massage is helping improve mobility for my arthritic, torn-cuff issues. I use it three to four times a day. It is such a relieving help! The remote is a plus, too. No reaching around to access controls while in use. I am very pleased with this purchase. (It IS pretty loud, but I'll take that inconvenience over the pain any time.)

I wore this on top of long sleeve sweater, and I can still feel burning sensation at just a couple spots. Heat is not evenly distributed. If I used this for 30 mins, I believed I will have scalding injury. On top of that, remote use is awkward because the vibration and heat indication lights are on the side where you can't see. Good luck in controlling the heat level! Poor product design and cheap material.

The description said Infrared which is what I needed, yet when arrived the outside of box and the instruction manual have absolutely no mention of infrared. I believe it is simply a heating pad that fits the shoulder and should not be advertised as something it’s not.

The massage feels ok and comfortable, but the motor make very loud noisy. I like to use it for a long time, but it sent out chemical smell which seems to be related to the material inside, So finally I decide to return it.

I have OA and got tired of holding a heating pad on my shoulder. This fits well, easy to put on, stays in place and really like the remote to control both heat and massage. Highly recommended

I chose the S/M but it is still too big, my husband uses it now. It’s too bulky and because of the fit, I can barely feel the vibration. Also, I thought it would be more of a motion vibration but it’s not, and it’s loud. I wanted to return it but that is never an easy process so my husband kept it.

It is too big for an average woman. Was very hopeful that I would get some relief from my shoulder pain, but because it is larger than expected, it did not work for me. I returned it!
