I like the features of this product. I used this product to cool down my apartment.

We bought this for our living room and the hose puts off so much heat that it almost defeats the purpose. There was alsp no window sealing kit that came with this unit. I have this in our living room, closed off all the entry points, but this barely puts a dent in the temperature. Our living room is maybe, 400 sq ft. Very disappointed especially for the money spent. My cheapo smaller window unit (same style as this) in my bedroom cools our bedroom better than this, bought it 6 years ago for 250, works like a charm, especially being a graveyard worker.
