Will update as needed.
A couple of users mentioned that the main bag and separators weren't sturdy. Be careful you don't have the insert mounted upside down. One side has two Velcro strips near the top and midway down, the other side has one thin Velcro at the top. That is the 'outside', meaning it faces the inner wall of the bag. If you do that, the inserts and the bag itself is rather sturdy. I ordered it a few days ago and just installed on the back of a CanAm 2022 850 model. Easy enough to do. I can see me using this a good bit to store tools I'll need for work I am doing in the back of my property when I don't want to use the UTV. I read several reviews about the straps being lacking, but most/all of them were several years back. I'm hoping the company took the problems to heart and resolved. The straps look well attached (sewn with heavy stitches), so I am leaving this initial review, but will update if it goes to hell. As one reviewer mentioned, inside the top flap is a fold out pouch, looks big enough hold a 30/30, not sure with a scope, but will see and let you know. I'm not going to trust the rainproof, as I have a full cover for the ATV. For the money, overall, nice. For now.

BUY SOMETHING ELSE
First off, it isn't water proof. I will say 1 good thing before I trash this bag...if your going to ride on a farm or just slow around a building than okay it isn't the worst bag you can buy...now the trash part...I didn't use this on a farm, I had this as a trail bag going through some rocky trails and yes I was going fast. Literally EVERY strap broke off (except for 2) because I didn't give it time to break as I took off the bag and put it in friends SXS. So the straps failed, but with that everything in the bag was WET. So yes I was going through pubbles and there was a lot but it was on back of the ATV and I didn't submerge the quad. I tried to save $50 by not getting a hard case box and thought this would be fine. I can't return it because it is muddy and trashed even though I should based on princpal they sent me trash, I should send them back trash.

It holds what I need.
Great product and looks great, a little small but holds what I needs.

Some assembly required
Just received this cargo bag and it’s very similar to the one I had previously but a little smaller. The other one lasted about 6 years so I’m hoping this one will hold up that long. The weak points are the straps that tie onto the ATV. I recommend carrying a few bungee cords in case yours breaks. Also, assembly may not be real obvious to some and there are no instructions. You will need to open up the bottom trifold section to get the support for the side walls. (The photo shows 2 dividers but I received 4. Not sure where the other 2 go.) Also, for the guy that commented that the dividers were not sturdy, I think you have them installed incorrectly. You need to open up the Velcro pieces on each end and attach them to the walls vertically. The top section has a sleeve for a gun which is not mentioned in the ad. Could be used for other stuff. Will update review once I’ve used this for awhile.

Top pic after I read all the reviews on other bags.
So all in all I'm happy with my new bag ! It seems waterproof and very sturdy. I also strap down some bungee cords to secure it . Plenty of room for tools food and clothes. People say they can't squeeze a gallon or two of gass but I'm not gonna try that yet! So after riding for 25 miles in the dust and mud my supplies were clean and dry as when I put them in! And if this eventually breaks beyond repair it won't cost me an arm and a leg to replace! Thought it was going to be a little too small but theres plenty of room! And the Velcro straps are great , the drink holders are secure, side bags are like lunch boxes and seem perfect. Absolutely pleased.

Great storage unit, weak strap connectors.
The idea and the unit are a great idea, and the unit itself is very good and 100% functional (perfect size inside and with two additional bags and drink holders). The bad part is the small straps are not very durable (thin and narrow), and while the buckles are adequate, the sewing of the straps to the unit is very weak. Three of the 6 straps broke off mine on the first day of trail riding. I am having a seamstress attach new ones for me.

Second one I bought.
They work great. Easy to put on and take off.

Won't hold up to even mild trail riding...
While this storage solution could fit on almost anything, its a major let down on sturdiness. The sides of the bag are pretty solid but the bottom rubs through incredibly easily. I rode a maximum of 100 miles with this storage solution and the attached pictures show how it held up. This storage device is probably fine for riding around in pasture lands carrying a blanket and some plastic water bottles. Anything that will cause more movement will wear it out very quickly.
