I got this for my mother who has dementia and it’s wonderful! The size is perfect for her to hold on her lap and the eyes and nose are realistic. He’s soft and the perfect companion for her.

Bought this as a consolation stuffie for my 5 yr old, after our Black Lab died from cancer last year. She ABSOLUTELY loves it, and he sleeps with him every night. Super soft and seems durable enough. Posed in a cute side lounging pose, which was exactly how our dog used to lounge around all of the time.Con: Kind of small for what it's priced at and if it wasn't for a really important purpose, I probably would not have paid the price for such a small stuffie. But, it seemed to be the best looking one, even given the size, and I needed something quick. So that being said, I am satisfied with the purchase and would recommend if you're okay with the one con.

We bought this for our kids after our beloved black lab mix passed away. I love the positioning of the dog- it’s like no other stuffed animal I’ve seen. Soft fur. We bought XS dog collars from the dollar store to put on the dogs to make them look even more realistic. We’re very happy with the purchase.

Rates high on the snuggle chart! Bought three small black lab lovies and 2 larger ones when my son and daughter in law had to put their beloved lab to rest after 10 years of being a part of their family. So heartbreaking! The 3 small pups were for my grandkids (all under 7 years old) and I am told that all the kids and the adults have carried, snuggled, cried with, laughed with and some of them have even fought over their own mini “Dani dogs”. My daughter in law said it has been so therapeutic for all of them and that the quality has held up to the rough and tumble play of all three kids. 💕
