Fun little “activity book”. Personally it helps distract me from what’s giving me anxiety in the moment. I don’t like how big the book is, or that there’s so little pages. Otherwise it’s a decent book, probably not my first choice though.

Would definitely recommend this to anyone who like me, struggles with their mental health. There is a variety of activities and it really does seem to be well thought through.
