The product is fine. However, the package was severely damaged... still rated high.

These were a real hit with the kids! I will warn you that the actual hatchling is quite slimy and not able to be played with (unless you don't mind it slipping all over and getting your hands all slimy). My boys were not interested beyond the couple days it took to hatch it but they enjoyed the experience of it completely. Would order again.

I got this for my son to use after his tonsillectomy. We used them as prizes form drinking water. He loved them! They are a lot of fun.

We've had similar eggs before and the dinosaur inside grew in water and "hatched" the egg. These eggs just sort of dissolved and the dinosaur fell out and then didn't grow very much. Very disappointing considering how fun previous ones were.

They don't hatch, had to crack it open after two days. The "toy" dinosaur inside is super slimy and fragile. 3 year old son was excited about it until he barely touched it and the leg pulled off of the T-Rex. Cool idea, very poorly executed. Boring (takes forever to "hatch"), messy, and you can't play with the nasty little dinosaur. Read the description, it's a scam, all marketing and no substance. Truly the worst product I've ever purchased on Amazon. Give your kids a wooden log or an apple, they'll have more fun and get something that's actually useful.
