302 is colored "Snow White", and 300 is colored "Pearl White", which is a light cream color. You'll notice a lot of people complaining in the review section of the 300 paint about it not being white, but they fail to understand that Pearl White is never a pure white color. If anyone reading this needs a pure white color, the 302 is what you want.

I used a product called Evaporust on the circular recessed area under the dish in my Amana microwave which was badly rusted. Follow the directions on the Evaporust which are pour some of the product on some good quality paper towels, cover with plastic wrap, weight it down with a dish to prevent drying and wait 3-6 hours. Rust will have dissolved and can be wiped out with more paper towels. After that do a thorough cleaning of the area and follow up with alcohol to remove any residue. Next sand any trouble spots followed by another thorough cleaning with alcohol. With careful preparation the paint will adhere nicely to the clean surface.

What is better to use on the inside of my microwave, spray or brush on?

I tried the spray, and it has not lasted that long. So I think I would go brush on next time. You really need several coats I think, because what looks covered may still have enough porosity for the humidity to get behind and rust. Also, this stuff reallt smells, so I'd take it outside next time.
