Fun, but assemble carefully
PRO:- great for my 9, 10 yr old kids who aren't the biggest fans of board games.- a booby trap- filled unpredictable game with no-techology moving parts. Winner is due to luck, not really strategy.- illustrations are spooky / creepy, but not particularly gruesome.- rules are easy to understand, not alot of pieces needed ( like Monopoly).CON:- takes careful hands and a little patience to assemble. Easier than IKEA, Legos!- not likely durable against rough kids.VERDICT: pretty fun! Like an older kid version of combined Mousetrap, Snakes & Ladders, and Dr Seuss Whirly Fun board games.

So fun!
I bought this game for Christmas to play with my 11, 9, and 6 year old sons. My 6-year old struggles to focus on board games except card games. This game was easy to set up and play. We played for about 90 minutes, and he was very interested through it all. We played with 2 paranormal investigators each, and it took FOREVER! Next time, we're only playing with 1 each. Our family laughed so hard and had a wonderful evening together. I'm SO glad we bought this game! It's such a simple game, but we had so much fun!

Simple game but hard to put together
I bought this for my 9 year old son for Halloween. It was quite a pain to put together as you have to fold cardboard panels and fit them together. Now that its complete I don't want to take it apart again and I'm not sure how long it will last. That being said my son really enjoys it a lot. The gameplay is quite simple-- there is no real challenge or strategy... you just move along like candy land/chutes or ladders. Kids of any age can play. The "traps" are the big gimmick, but really they don't catch you very often. Most of the time they land on the same room again and again until we figured out you can tilt the ghost to control the traps and thats cheating. And they are a pain to keep reseting them. The game looks really cool and has great atmosphere but the generic characters are boring... What really made it fun is when we changed it up to use Scooby Doo toys (obvious license!), Minions, Spongebob etc and added extra "monster traps" on the yellow footprints. That gives the game a lot more personality. All in all its ok to play and can be completed in 10-15 minutes. I just wish it were more of a pop-up design to make it easier to put together and put away.

GREAT FAMILY FUN!
The whole family loved this game! Easy to assemble, although an adult should do it. Great art work. Fun and easy.

Simple But Fun!
We got this game for Christmas and have played it a few times, even though it’s very simple we have enjoyed it. Don’t look to this game as the next greta board game but for a cheap game it’s worth a play or two. Also maybe the creators can write some terrible horror fiction stories to go with it

Interesting but overstayed it's welcome
I give this game a 5.5/10.Pros:+the game is interesting due to the random death game mechanic+interesting art design+easy to learn and appropriate for all ages+the board game box is the board game, which makes it easy to storeCons:+the game is made of thick cardboard, which may not hold up in the long run.+the set up process is tedious+if your play area is not well balanced or the game is not well set up, the ball will keep landing on the same location+the gameplay becomes boring if the ball only rolls one way

My 7 yr old loves it.
Love the 3d aspect of the game…reminds me of old school games. The game has a lot of replay value. Only problem is the setup so we always leave it in tact since its annoying to take apart and put back together.
