Small and plastic
It's very very small and made of plastic. I believe after a few washing the fonts will come off along with the art work . I thought is would be Laser on but nope. No clue each Portion dividing parts sizes? No booklet no Instructions. I'm going to return and go with

I must mesure my portions for my diet and this place gelo. I think the orotisn section us to lage si I use it for my veggies. I use the veggies portion if the plate for my proteins until I am able the eat more proteins..
