Great value for your money. Front board is a little flimsy I would deff get a longer front board to help with creasing but back board is amazing! Recommended purchase if you are having surgery.

The ab board is one of the best I've tried so far because it's made in the shape that goes with the circumference of you stomach. These's others made like a rectangle turned vertical but that's not the shape of you stomach. The board is tuff and hasn't changed the whole 2 weeks I've been wearing it. The back board is wide enough and soft but of course aggravating after surgery and will move if faja isn't tight enough. Overall this one is better than the others I've tried.

I only used the front board and it's too small. After lipo tummy is like playdoh and after using this board I noticed that it created a crease mid abdomen literally the outline of the top of the board and now I have an awkward dip. Spend the money on a bigger board, your massage person may have some or can point you in the right direction this one is too small, do not purchase.

ab board is too short and doesn’t cover the whole abdominal area. back board is fine.
