When i saw same time of product one my physio therapist clinic, it was good. So, order same product from amazon. After using 1 week i have faced several pain after message. Hence i stopped giving message using this product. My overall review is product massge cap using cheep quality and functioning of machine is not good. customer care was pathetic. They need only review not care. Hence i am not recommending to anyone. not value for money

I give it 1 star but it dose n't deserve one, it should deserve zero star.First: i got the defective piece or may be some ones returned item. this product must have five attachment but in mine only four.Second: this product claims it made in India product. this written on the product details. but when got this product there is no such logo ( made in India) or its not written in the product box that it is manufactured in India.sellers should maintained the authenticity of the product they sell, and don't cheat on customers.

I received it today, product is good but I got the used product by someone or replaced one. So I have given one less star for that

Extremely good and 100% pain relief before using this product I take painkiller medicine while studying due to neck, shoulder and arm pain special in winter time. But i almost used this product a week and now I made this review. I can suggest all the person who have/feel pain in arm shoulders nack or likewise try this product once you will surely feel better and pain-free.
