How would you even plug in your monitor cables after installation? It looks like the expansion parts will block it.

This type of gpu bracket is designed to have space between the gpu and the pcie slots so you can put the cables through. Other designs make it so it’s flush with the pcie slots and you would have to cut the slots. This one doesn’t require modification of the case.

Will this fit matx cases?

as long as your case is a is a regular atx case or bigger it will work i don't think it would work in a mini case

Will this work with a lian li o11 mini?

The bracket will fit but you may have to work around to secure it, I had to use the extension bracket with the Strix Tripple Fan 2070 GPU so that it will stay where I wanted for looks

Can you use any pc case

It will work better if your case has a raised deck in it.and you need about 3 inches between your side panel and what ever you have sticking out of your pcie slots.
