Excellent Finished Product
We needed to convert a 1/2” Copper pipe from 3/8” Compression to “Garden Hose” connection. The product was exactly as described and it worked flawlessly. Thanks for the good product and quick shipping.

Different threads on the compression nut/ Ferrule was bent.
Bought these to replace 35 year old valves. The original valves were compression fit on 1/2" copper pipe. I had hoped that these new valves could be used with the old compression nut and ferrule, but the threads were not the same. I was able to remove the old nut and ferrule by rocking it off with a channelock. Also, one of the ferrules was bent in shipping, so I had to straighten it out to use it.4 stars, the valve appears to be well made, poorly shipped.

The only faucet that fit the threads. Not NPT.
These fit the original pipes in my house.

Good price, quality product
It’s not a cheap faucet

Fits half inch copper pipe and doesn't leak
That's what it's supposed to do :-) Getting the old compression fitting off was harder than putting this one back on. The trick to removal of the old one was sanding all the rust/oxidization off the pipe in front of the old compression fitting and then slowly turning and pulling it off the pipe with some channel locks (pliers).

Missing Pieces
Product shown in photo with compression nut and assume compression sleeve. Item received did not have either. Am returning the item since I have not been given another choice such as being sent the missing pieces. If it indeed comes with the missing pieces I would order a second valve..I updated to four stars because the quality is excellent. Nobody contacted me to provide the missing compression fitting and associated nut. I found a spare in my garage.

Seem like a nice set of taps
They have some weight to them, seem well made. Nice and easy to put on to existing copper
