The cartridge leaked, strong leak after 4 years. There is a limited lifetime warranty on the product. I called Delta for warranty service. I had a 45 minute wait on the phone, then the lady who answered took my information and then transferred me to the shower department. There were 53 callers ahead of me with an "estimated wait time" of 53 minutes. After 20 minutes, there were 43 callers ahead of me with an "estimated wait time" of 53 minutes. I hung up after 2 hours and 1 minute and ended up paying $50 for the cartridge I needed on Amazon for the quick fix. My conclusion, they have a lifetime warranty, but it could take your lifetime to reach them. My next purchase will not likely be Delta.

I've been a polished brass fan forever. The only issue I have is that immediately upon use, the water "spotted" the handle so now I have to dry it after taking a shower. But, that's my only complaint. Have to do the same with my new pop up sink "plug", . We do have hard water, but this is the first time I've had to take such particular care of the fixtures. The water stream choices are perfect for us. I'm just hoping it lasts longer than the one I bought in September!

While I love the look of it, the color, etc. It has such disappointing water pressure. I don't know if it has a water saver gasket in it or something? Our previous shower head flowed such nice water pressure so I know it's not our water's fault. My husband installed it beautifully and we were so excited, now I just want to return it because every setting the water trickles out. It's Delta so I can't believe how disappointing it is!

It is pretty, but some of the parts are plastic colored brass... NOT happy about that part! I actually don't think that it should qualify as "brass", but should say brass and plastic... I would have bought another one had I known that, but not important enough to return. Otherwise it looks exactly like what is pictured.

This was installed in our MBR and Bath shower. It is difficult to get polished brass shower faucets since they seem to have been popular in the 1980’s. We had a square one but unfortunately it was metric and did not fit properly. Too bad . This delta faucet is ok but the head only sprays one type of water jet. If you’re looking for a basic style in polished brass this certainly fits the bill.

This piece is beautiful, powerful, everything you should want - accept - i forgot you kinda need the hose style to CLEAN your shower! Or I do - I scrub and rinse - so if you clean like me maybe this isnt for you. Otherwise I LOVE it. But dread cleaning my large standing shower.

Good product. A little expensive. Be sure to check if you are replacing a "prior 2006" or "after 2006" shower faucet as the set T13220-PBSHC Classic contains a "after 2006" cartridge. If yours is an earlier version you will have to buy a separate cartridge from Amazon.

Really hard to find quality Polished Brass fixtures for older showers. Delta makes a great product and the new faucet looks very good.
