The delivery was done within the promised time. But it was a lengthy process. Anyhow the packaging was good. The pairing was hassle-free. I think if ur home wifi is strong u need not have to worry. Still now things are working fine. The best thing I found is that the bulb retains the last mode of action once it is on after a power cut off. Expecting a cheaper price during Republic Day Sale. Also it nicely paired with Alexa and follow almost all the the comands. It really works well. ✌

Now a days it hard to get wifi for 2.4 ghz. In my office and home I have only 5 ghz routers and this smart bulb connect only with 2.4 ghz due to lockdown process was not able to return it so now either I have to use it as a bulb if I wish to use it as smart bulb then I will have to buy another router which supports 2.4ghz band width.They must add 5ghz compatibility. If you are buying this the please check your wifi band width first.

Immensa has made my house the "beautiful" relaxing zone I always wanted to post Corona.The Light color setting is retained every time I switch it ON post OFF. This was lacking in Wipro & Philips Wifi Bulb that was purchased before. Crompton knows how to delight us, and they have fixed this problem. Also, one more good part is I can manually switch my product ON & OFF even if I do not have the APP readily available as I do not carry mobile with me every now and then when I move across my home.Scheduled ON & OFF, Pairing Multiple Lights, My favourite presets that I can ask to Alexa, Dimming the Light my way using my voice command are something which has made my life easier and I must complement Immensa for this.Thanks Immensa for the immense pleasure that I get everytime I use it. I used this bulb to create a birthday celebration environment. I configured it as a disco light and it was a great achievement. Go for this hi-tech bulb!.

Easy to configure and control the bulb from your phone. The mobile app offers great options and are customisable. But Ifound that there are a few glitches with the bulb software. Whenever there is a power cut, the bulb does not behave properly. I left the Bulb switch on and i set the bulb to be off through app before the power cut, when power came back it flickered rapidly in the midnight as if it being reset. Another time it turned on automatically when the power came back. I request Crompton to fix it through firmware update.

The best thing about the product is that after a power power cut, it retains its original settings to which it was set, be it brightness or its colour. The other counterparts like Wipro and Philips do not offer the retainable settings as far as my knowledge goes (please do confirm this before buying). This is a value for money product.

Its really nice product. I tested in all possible ways. Works with Alexa as well remotely. Trusted brand. I request to go for it blindly.
