Kerastase Soleil Aqua-Seal 125ML

It smells great and I think it's helping to preserve my color in the pool but I think it'll take a lot of time for me to know how well it works protecting color because my grey always fades so fast so we'll see. The smell is great and I'm some reviewers complain if greasy or cap slipping off - I've had to trouble with that. I do saturate my hair with clean water then apply this then my cap to do my best to keep my hair color on my hair!

Amazing formula to protect colored and hilighted hair when swimming

I swim several days a week and started using this to protect my hair. I've only used it for a couple of weeks, but it seems to do the job. I live in Florida, so am also using a pump or two to protect my hair from the sun when I'm not swimming. My hair feels better already!

Great product! I bought it to protect my hair from the sea water when I went scuba diving a few months ago. It did the job beautifully. I slathered it on before I went in the ocean and my hair washed clean no problem.

This product was touted in a magazine as being a barrier for the hair against the chlorine in swimming pools. I used it as directed, and my swim cap wouldn't stay on and I had to wash my hands with soap and water. Too much trouble.

I love this product! It is like a serum for your hair that protects it from the sun, saltwater & pools. I have been trying many similar products but non-as effective and last longing as this one; you just add a small amount and you will immediately feel the softness effect and the clean scent. I have been using it for diving, kayaking (sea and river), camping at the beach and in some lakes too with great results as protection comes.I have a friend that has long and messy hair (she always complaints about it when we go camping at the beach) so I gave some of this aqua-seal and she was so happy about finding this magical product.

I have put this review off so I could really try this out a few times at the pool.My hair is bleached blond and usualy looks like shredded wheat after my swims. LOLI wasn't sure about this fluid when I first used it as I didn't feel 2 quirts really went that far. It has a strange feeling on the hair which is hard to describe, but almost feels dry as opposed to the silican slip I was expecting.I have to use a few more quirts on my mid length hair than recommended, but to my amazment my hair is feeling and looking really very good after my hour long swims.Kerastase is always a good brand, but very expensive and you only get a smallish bottle of this, so it wont last that long on longer hair.I will still hunt for cheaper options, but for those who can afford to be less frugal, this seems to be pretty fantastic.I would recommend using a clarifying shampoo + a deep conditioning mask at least once a week, as the silicone in this can build up and ultimately will dry the hair out if left.
