Indestructo Pill Box - 6 Per Package (Color May Vary)

I used one of these for three months and was very pleased with it.....it was durable, the lid stays closed and the perfect size to slip into my shirt or pants pocket so I was able to be compliant on that pesky 3p scheduled time. One day recently my puppy decided that the little box would make a wonderful chew toy and it was history in a matter of minutes. Thankfully the box was empty and waiting to be refilled at the time so puppy didn't have any unplanned meds.When I ordered back in June, I ordered a single box. This time there was the option of buying 6 boxes for not much more than I paid for one box in June. They package of 6 multicolored pill boxes arrived this week and I was delighted to see that it is the same product I had purchased in June. Check the measurements carefully as this is a small box. I'm able to put 7 pills in it when I fill pill boxes weekly, but the pills I'm using it for are quite small. Even if I had to fill it daily to handle multiple large pills needed when out and about, I'd do so because of the other benefits I've already mentioned.Here's an idea that you might find helpful: I set a repeating alarm on my iPhone to remind me when it's time to pop a pill. Much better than a large/bulky pill box with "built in" alarm with batteries that needed replacement after a few months.

I know I should review this item as a pill box but I also want to give other ladies who are reading this review an idea in case they haven't thought of this yet. I purchased this pill box set of 6 because I was looking for a container where I can put in my feminine wipes. Yes, I said it! Us ladies like to keep ourselves feeling and smelling fresh, right? Argh, public toilet tissues are either so rough or too thin! So I scouted Amazon to find the product that fits my requirements. This item is not only discreet, but is also inexpensive, compact, and it locks tight. It is made of plastic which keeps the moisture of the wipes locked in while keeping the outside part of the pill box dry. Now I can just grab one "pill" box and put it in my pocket before making a trip to the bathroom without carrying my entire purse or the entire pack.I have attached two photos to show you what you can use this item for. One the photos shows you a close up of the tablets/pills I put in one container. I was able to fit in 10 pieces and still close it without issues. Another pill box contains a huge sheet of feminine wipe. The quarter is just so you can see the true size of the item before purchasing it. I received mine in colors black, pink, and blue. All in all, I am impressed. You will get all six of them in a zip bag, at least that's how I got mine, contrary to the photo in the description where the item is individually sealed.

These are great on multiple levels:1. Size: They are small enough to fit in a wristlet/small purse or larger wallet even, or can be easily put in a pocket without being noticeable. If you wanted, you could even carry one discretely in your hand, as they are palm size. At the same time, they are plenty big to fit quite a few small pills and at lesat four or five (maybe more if you stack them) big pills (multivitamin size). If you have more than one type of pill, you could put them into separate containers and still distinguish by color of the box (comes in three colors, 2 boxes per color).2. Durability: I haven't had them for a long time, but appear very durable -- nice hard plastic, tight clasp yet very easy to open, easy to tell top from bottom.3. Price: you get 6 containers for the cost, which is well worth it.

Simple, but practical for carrying a days supply of meds in you pocket. I've used similar pill boxes in the past and they held up pretty well and they don't accidentally open when carrying them in your pocket. Over time, the hinge does weaken, but I've gotten up to 1-2 yrs of use out of them before they've broke which isn't bad.

These are great little containers! Both of us have daily medicines to take and these little gems make it easy to carry with us. My boyfriend does manual labor so he wanted something without a lot of bulk but would withstand being in his pocket without breaking. I wanted something lightweight and discreet to carry in my purse. This package came with 6 containers and we are still just using the original 2...neither have broken or worn out! They kind of snap shut, securely enough that it does not pop open in a man's pant pocket, as he bends and climbs ladders, yet easy to open as they are not child resistant locked. With that said, if you have little ones you might want to consider something more secure, only because these are so darn cute and easy to use, that they might get a toddler's attention. I would highly recommend this product!

Sturdy, strong easy to open yet don't open easily in your pocket. Small enough to fit in any pocket. Assorted colors for easy identification, assuming you aren't colorblind. Pastel colors. Large enough for five or six good size pills. I load my daily dose of pills and vitamins and use these as more of a daily pill reminder than a carry case. Though obviously they work great for either and both purposes.I do not know for sure what would happen if you washed this. Would the pills survive? I don't recall there being a waterproof quality but they would most definitely protect your pills from water if your pants get wet. Not sure about a submersion. Don't want to find out! lol. Over all, these are fantastic for the price. I use mine every single day.Glasses, Wallet, Watch, Droid, Keys and Pill Case. Don't leave home without it.

Only two pill boxes arrived, each in their own plastic pack, instead of two packs of six boxes each. Sent back.
