The plumber fitted it and so good better then other Muslim shower we have had in the past which were only cold this one is a mixer so much better

I purchased the Xinyang Toilet Bidet Douche Spray, hoping for a reliable and high-quality bathroom upgrade, but I was quite disappointed with both the design and performance.The solid brass construction and chrome plating look good at first glance, but unfortunately, the build quality doesn't live up to expectations. The spray head feels cheap and flimsy, and it doesn't have a solid, secure feel when using it. The thermostatic control is not as precise as advertised, leading to inconsistent water temperatures, which can be uncomfortable during use.Installation was straightforward enough, but the water pressure was weaker than expected, despite claims of a strong flow. The spray pattern is not as efficient as it should be, and it doesn’t cover as much area as I’d hoped, making it less effective overall.For the price, I expected a much better performance and more durability. It might be an okay budget option, but I would recommend looking for a more reliable, better-performing bidet kit if you're after a long-lasting solution.

I bought 2 items, but the Wall Flange /Pipe Cover Plate/Back Plate Chrome is larger than the space to fit as shown on the pictures,Also both handles start to leak,Please see the pictures for additional clarification,Having reached the seller, they offered to refund me 20 pounds to locally buy two spray heads or send 2 replacement by post, hence forced to accept the refund instead of waiting for 4 days or more.I am still awaiting the replacement for the Wall Flange /Pipe Cover, which is been totally ignored during my communication with the seller!!Will keep you informed if permitted a follow-up on this review.

The shower header leaks. You'll only know once you fix the thermostat in and then the head. Now if you wanna return it, you'll have to unassemble every thing.Also the spray is very hard even if you set it low

It looks very easy and nice until it's used. The lever became very tight in no time and the water pressure was too high with many holes not even working. Had it change after few uses only. Wouldn't recommend it.
