Highly reccomend.
Highly recommend if suffering from constipation. It does help to soften. Easy to swallow ( a good size with a smooth coating)

Best for IBS related constipation
I take 2 to 4 capsules in one day, every three days or so to help with long-term IBS related constipation, piles and the side effects of a glp1, this gives me a soft predictable bowel movement without cramps or pains. I've used everything and get on with this the best. Drink plenty of water with it.
