These are intended for comic book writers and illustrators to plan action and illustration of scenes. I knew that when I bought them but I use them with writers to support fiction writing. This forces the writer to consider how to get from A to B and not forget intermediate steps. The blocks are preprinted but there's still a lot of flexibility. It's called an "eraser."The paper quality is fine; they're a little expensive up front but can save you endless hours of rewrite if you focus scene by scene.

I am not sure who did this. Canson makes the best paper. Then ends of the paper were glued shut. There is a plastic bag that they wrapped it in. But the glue is on the ends of the pages. Not the binding the end you open.
