I am not familiar with the 2019, but should fit, all have the same interior trim

Do you know if this cargo mat fits in a 2013 4runner? I have one w/3rd row seating and am looking for one that fits when the 3rd row is folded down

It fits our 2012 SR5 with base stereo (I don't know if would fit the factory subwoofer without trimming) with 3rd row folded down. It is surprisingly thin for how durable it has proven to be with our dog. It has a really good lip around the edges to hold any spills. It is pretty slick for the dog, but groceries and stuff stay put. As far as I know the only interior changes in 2013 were the front floor mat attachment pieces so you should be good to go. Hope this helps.
