Stated size is FALSE. Viewable size for image is 12.5 x 18.5 and entire frame is 14.25 x 20.25. You CAN fit a 13 x 19 image into this frame, however you will lose an entire half inch both vertically and horizontally, so this is completely worthless if your image doesn't have any border or you don't mind losing a full inch of your image (measuring diagonally).I get it, lots of frames advertise being slightly larger than they are. I'm an artist, I'm used to that and understand that they usually are saying what size image will fit, not the viewable size. However, I bought this particular frame SPECIFICALLY because one of the images literally shows the measurement of the viewable area as 13 x 19. The image showing this false measurement needs to be edited to show the accurate size.

Fairly basic presentation - no logos or outside graphics - but the box was perfect with great support for the frame. Easy open and I’ll keep the box for transporting frames, it’s that good. It’s the first time I’ve bought a frame online and was a bit concerned that one reviewer said the “tempered glass” was plastic. It’s not and is well made tempered glass. The frame is beautiful for what it is and everything looks much better than I would have ever expected for the price. The design makes it easy to install a photo and there are accessories (cable, etc...) if you need more support on a heavier piece. Nice touch and in a very small pouch baggie. The hardware to allow hanging is on every side and works well. Very, very pleased. As an aside, I’d sure offer a non-glare version of the glass since there are reflections off this one. Other than that, it was delivered perfectly and looks great. Oh, and I took the photo that’s in the frame - it didn’t come with it. :)

I like the frame minus that it's covered in scratches. I'm disappointed that it has scratches on the entire frame.

I purchased a 13 x 19" Americanflat Black Poster Frame for a gift and I'm pleased with my purchase. It arrived in excellent condition, thanks to the great packaging.- Shrink wrapped and protected with cushioned corner guards in a box that elevates the frame away from all edges.- Packaging is recyclable cardboard.- Glass front, not acrylic.- Hanging hardware attached to the backing but also includes two brackets and wire which is a great second option.- Clear, easy-to-follow instructions.- Low-gloss, smooth black paint finish on frame.Overall, a nice product but somewhat overpriced for MDF (not wood). If the price offsets the cost of the great packaging, I'm okay with that because nothing is more annoying than receiving broken merchandise.

When I was cut on one of the small metal tabs, while trying to remove back cardboard, some blood sprayed on the color coordinated matte. Besides injury, will be nearly impossible to find a color matched matte with the right size print opening. Custom framing will be expensive and did not buy ready frame in order to have extra expense and aggravation later. Putting the cardboard back after placing print was very difficult. Had bought 2 13 x 19 frames for 2 identical size prints. The frames were not identical in size. One of the frames I had to cut the custom Matte to fit frame. Because of all the handling and cutting, the custom color coordinated Matte is now damaged and the picture is not one to enjoy or display. I have framed many pictures/prints through the years. I have never dealt with as bad a product as this.
