Do you have to shampoo your hair after using this or just rinse?

I put in dry hair and let set and rinse with shampoo and conditioner. My hair tends to get dry which makes me produce each oil in my hair. Its hard to come through. I do at least one a week and it works really well for me. I would recommend.

Would this help dandruff?

Yes! I have to used this but just read some pretty amazing reviews of those that said it helped their dandruff and psoriasis big time..
