Great Quality, Great Price
I purchased this upright walker for my mother because it had all the features she was looking for. We were amazed by the quality, comfort, and maneuverability of this walker. We've seen other similar walkers selling for three times the price of this one. Although it's lightweight and easy to handle, every part of it is sturdy. The seats on most other walkers are made of some sort of flexible cloth material, but this one is nice and solid--and roomy--which is what my mom wanted for transporting items around the house (like taking a gallon of milk from the kitchen to the dining area). Just keep in mind that size is a factor. Mom's doorways are 32" wide, and I don't think this walker would work with doorways any narrower than that. It was also easy to assemble. My husband had it together in a matter of minutes--no tools required. There were no instructions, but there is a booklet with pictures that comes with it, and by looking at it, you'll be able to figure out what goes where. The parts that go on the left- and right-hand sides are labeled accordingly with an L or R. The seller is also quick to respond to inquiries. This is an all-around excellent walker and an incredible deal in every way.

Very Solid!
This walker is Tough!Pros - Sturdy, easy to assemble, easy to use, relatively comfortable, Very adjustable, easy on my wrists and backCons - No assembly instructions ( Honestly didnt need them except for the 2 knobs that i figured out ((shown in picture, I hope im right)), not for smaller people (im 5'10 and 350lbs its a great fit), would like a little thicker tires, or a way to buy replacement parts / upgrades, seat could be a little thickerIve had this for about a week, had it put together and walking in about 30 minutes total (while taking my time and drinking coffee). very smooth rolling, much easier on my wrists and shoulders and back that the "standard" type walker. So far i would HIGHLY recommend this if you are big and tall... or just big... LOVE it!(I will update this if anything changes my mind)

UPDATED No manual, armrests not as pictured.
There is no manual included with this product. The online manual does not match this design at all so is completely unhelpful. The images shown have the armrests flat, but they come angled with no instructions on how to make them level. The product is definitely sturdy, but is wider than it states at its widest point, so make sure your doorways are at least 30" to allow this to pass through without rubbing.I have asked for support regarding the armrests and will followup if I receive the info. If you are not handy or cannot easily intuit assembly, do not purchase this product.UPDATE: 12/21 - Customer support has been extremely responsive and helpful. Despite the item not matching the image/description re: the arm rests, I have increased to 4 stars because the product IS sturdy and well-made and support has been excellent. While I am returning the item unused, I will be ordering a standard rollator from this company as I do find them to be reliable and have no doubt I will not regret the purchase.

Well built rollator
I have other rollators but wanted one in which I stood up rather than hunched over. This rollator (OasisSpace Heavy Duty Upright Walker with Seat) works very well for this purpose. It isn't compact or lightweight so don't expect to put it in your car's trunk like other rollators, but it's also far more strongly built than others and it's not one I'd expect to have collapse under hard use. I recently (August 2023) had one of the bolts under the armrest strip out that holds one of the brake mechanisms in place. I sent an email off to the OasisSpace customer service as the one year warranty was still in effect and Ivy quickly responded and arrange for a new armrest to be sent to me at no charge. The armrest was simple to install. I'm happy with the very quick service and support and hope this OasisSpace upright walker will again be available through Amazon.

Assembly could not happen, diappointed
Disappointed! No directions for putting together but figured it out. After all that, one of the brake leg and wheels would not fit. Looked with a flashlight light appeared to be a screw that would not allow it. My husband is handicapped which is the reason I was buying it. I am aged. Now I had to pull it all apart to return. Which mend lifting it in and out of the car to bring it to ups store. I have returned things before as soon as they scan the label there is Recognition on the Amazon site that it’s in there system. Not so far. Wondering if I should try again with a different model. It is a good idea, I would love for my husband to walk straight up instead of bend over Just unlucky! It seemed it was sturdy, directions would be nice! Who knows if it’s comfortable, could not get that far!

unexpectedly sturdy
I just got this today. I don't even have to wait to review it. It went together quickly and without any difficulty, and is far sturdier than I ever could have imagined. I'm 74 years old, 6'1-1/2" tall, and weigh 280lbs. I spent my whole life as a carpenter and did a lot of heavy lifting. Now my lower back is arthritic to the point where I have difficulty moving around on some days. When trying to stand upright and walk, the only way to describe my back is "wobbly and painful." As soon I had assembled the walker I took it for a walk outside, up and down the sidewalk. It was mostly pain free and without "wobbble." This walker adds as much support as I need to walk fairly normally. It was theraputic. I look forward to having daily walks.
