Give it a try, will not dissapoint!
I have had silent reflux or LPR for a few years now. Traditional acid reducers did very little if not anything at all for me. I have had a little luck with Apple cider vinegar and D limonene but after a bout of stomach issues with D limonene, I decided to stop and try this. This product is not the same as the gaviscon advance here in the USA. Be sure to look for the ingredient alginate. It is a foam that forms in the stomach and creates a barrier for unwanted acid traveling up the esophagus. It works well for me, not a complete cure all but good for in the evening when my throat starts to gurgle. My only negative comment is that yes, it does get stuck to your teeth as you chew. A small price to pay for something that gives you relief from LPR and Gerd though!

Thank you for making this, seriously
My throat has been red and sore for months thanks to nighttime LPR. Using this once or twice during the day and 2 tablets before bed has greatly improved my ear symptoms and throat symptoms. This is the only thing that has actually worked for my LPR. Thank you and do not stop selling this!

Good medicine for heartburn
A friend gave me a bottle of this when the prescription medication did not work. These little tablets arereally wonderful. I have found instead of their directions, just let it dissolve under the tongue, takes about two or three minutes, it will work really well. The price is exceptional considering what I was paying for something else.

To my utter shock, it works!
I suffer from laryngopharyngea caused by muscle tension dysphonia (who knew one would have to add so many $5 words to their vocabulary?). It's a type of acid reflux without heartburn caused by the upper esophageal sphincter (the one located in your throat) not functioning correctly. For nearly 24 months I felt like something was permanently stuck in my throat, I had trouble swallowing and always felt like I was choking when I tried to eat. Nexium, Pepcid, Rolaids, Peptobismal, Gaviscon, etc...I tried them all. My doctors were at a loss. I came across a suggestion online that Gaviscon Advance worked on my particular affliction. I ordered a bottle. To my utter shock and amazement, it works! I take one right after eating and, Eureka! I am not suffering! I don't usually go into this level of personal detail in Amazon reviews, but this product is affordable, non-prescriotion and has drastically improved my life.

These work great for acid reflux
I have been seeing and ENT specialist who recommended buying Gaviscon Advance for my acid reflux. After two weeks my acid reflux has improved significantly. I no longer have the constant raw feeling in the back of my throat. I had experienced this raw feeling constantly until I began taking Gaviscon Advance. I would highly recommend trying these and I will purchase these again in the future.

Bile kicking power for on the go!
Handy for taking a few in my pocket everywhere I go but not a substitute for the liquid when my bile reflux really kicks. I’m flabbergasted that it’s not sold in the us... antacids are a joke and PPIs just make it worse. It’s a lifesaver!

They Work!
These have been really helpful in weaning off of reflux medication, which are not good to use long-term. I have issues with silent reflux at night. I just chew one of these, and have no problems all night. A lot of folks complain about these sticking to your teeth. They are sticky! The solution is to chew them using your front teeth, and mix with a little water, then swallow. No problem. (Or buy the liquid.) Others complain about them containing mint, but the amount is negligible with regards to causing reflux, its just there for taste .... and they don't taste too bad in my opinion. The only issue is availability and price. Why in the world can't you buy these over the counter in the U.S.? Probably because big pharma wants to sell us more pills. The price to bring these in from the U.K. is high. Yeah, I'll pay the price, but it seems ridiculous.Bottom line: they work.

Terrible mouth feel.
Work OK as an antacid. However, if you drink any water while chewing you end up with a sticky “wet plaster” in your mouth. Very difficult to get off your teeth.
