I bought these to use as the base for my herbal vinegars and vinaigrettes. The quality is very good. However I found the same item at Cash & Carry for just under $5 bucks per gallon so you can definitely get this product elsewhere at a better price, especially when you consider the shipping cost.

Excellent product. Great shipping speed. While I was making up a relatively large number of herbal vinegars for gift-giving, I wish I could have ordered in a somewhat smaller quantity..
