Did anyone register at grandpatio.com to activate their warranty?

The link to registering our warranty (from a QR code we got with the product) did not work. Our umbrella didn't even last 6 months and it completely broke. First the crank then the cord and without the cord the cannopy comes off the base. We have not been able to get response from anyone or get our money back.

is the red set true red or brick red?

I ordered the red set, and maybe they changed the paint, because my set is not orange-y at all. It's a definite red, but dark, rather than a vivid fire-engine red. However, it's not "brick" either, because that would mean brownish-red tones in my opinion. My set was actually VERY close to the color I saw in the illustrations, but that may not be the same in your case depending on your device and settings.

Our set has already rusted around the screws after limited time outside. Is there any recourse?

Spray your chairs and table with pledge. It will leave a film of wax and protect from rust. I do this at the beginning and end of each summer when I take the set out of storage. No rust yet!
