### ⭐

    Item broken

*by K***S on Reviewed in Canada on 11 August 2020*

When I received this item it was broken, but the box it was in was intact. The item cost about $14.00. Very nice vase but I'm not happy with the return/replace policy. The only way I can get a refund or replacement is if I return the item. That will cost me time, gas, and postage which will more than likely cost more than $14.00. So, I probably won't bother and just be out the $14.00. It would be nice if the seller would accept a picture of the broken item rather than have to return the item. If possible I would like a replacement as I really do like the item.

Good . . . not great glass vase

*by S***S on Reviewed in Canada on 8 September 2017*

This glass vase was very well packaged and arrived unbroken. It has an unusual filmy look even though I have washed it well -- even in the dishwasher. However, with a small floral arrangement in the centre of a table, it looks great.

### ⭐⭐⭐

    Bueno, pero maltratado.

Me llegó un poco rota de un esquina, sin embargo cumple con su función
