Hornady 390540 Shell Holder Package (1,2,5,16, 35)

They work as they are supposed to. Hornady shell holders are the only holders that will work with their case trimmer.Had I known this I would have bought them when I bought the trimmer.

If you want perfect fits and case alignment, go with the shell holder that matches your die set. These are close enough for a dedicated decap press, which I use away from my hand presses. Would NOT use for precision hand loading. For quick convenance though, these are hard to beat. Just be certain your anticipated calibers are included.

If you research Hornady products, you will see this combo should include the 1,2,5,16, AND "35" shellholder. Not the 3 shell holder they have listed incorrectly. Great value for the money!

I bought this product after buying the Hornady lock and load casing trimmer. My RCBS shell holders where not compatible. I ordered these ones and the work well with the trimmer.

Needed these to use on neck trimming tool. Other holders will.not fit Hornady equipment

These are a must have to use case trimmer cam lock by Hornady very easy to use and get shell holders for most that you will need to expand your reloading capability for different calibers

Good holders. Hornady makes good reloading stuff. There really isn't anything magical abot shellholders, these ones just work as you would expect them to work.Contrary to what some have posted, this set of holders does contain 5 shellholders: hornady #1, #2, #5, #16 and #35. You can check hornady's website to know which calibers these will reload.I paid 20.22$ for the set. As of this writing, the price is 19.78$. Sometimes the price goes up to about 30$. I'm not sure why the price fluctuates so much on this item, but I'd say around 20$ is a fair price, mostly because almost nobody will need all 5 of them. If you need 2 of them it ends up 10$ each plus 3 unused you can re-sell or something, so it's a fair deal. For 30$ you better make sure you're gonna use at least 3, because otherwise you're gonna pay for stuff you won't use.
