Source Naturals Psyllium Husk Powder, 340gm

I bought this in 27.11.22 and had expiry end of this month. Disappointing with amazon and of course with product brand how they are selling theirs near to expiry product online.

Works great, I have constipation on and off and this has decently helped, it had no flavor which is good! It does not dissolve all the way but it’s definitely worth it

Great stuff. It's a natural fiber free of artificial additives. A heaping teaspoon per day is likely to work. The dose can be adjusted.

It works great, much better than very expensive brands.

I am a firm believer in psyllium husks, the reason being is it adds fiber to my diet and keeps my weight where I want it to be. I added a well rounded teaspoon to a half glass of milk everyday and it makes me fell less bloated and all over healthy. You dont have to worry about fiber when you have this product around and you will feel better inside after using this a week (give it a chance it will help you stay slim). The reason I gave this product 4 stars is that it does not dissolve as easily as some of the other psyllium husks I have purchased. This product is a powder and some other psyllium husks products are more of a loosely and less finely ground psyllium husks. So this product will go further and you use less than the loosely ground and ligther psyllium husks but this product seems to cake up as I mix it and I dont like getting chunks of husk powder as I drink it. Otherwise its good, just mix it real well. I buy whatever psyllium husks have the best deal and just go with it, however I prefer the looser husks which is not powder but possibly crushed husks or something like that. Hope this helps!
