Does this work to do BATTERY MONITORING SYSTEM reset on 2019 Velar?

I am not sure, but this did work for my 2014 Range Rover Sport. You may have to go to their website to get more information if this will work. I had also found some of the info from another site before making my purchase which states this model covers all Jaguar/ Land Rover models. Hopefully this helps.

No. This unit is for diagnostics only.

What is the difference between lr v3.0 and lr v2.0?

A few more diagnostics parameters and model years. SD card can be updated so if you buy 2.0 you should be able to update the SD card to 3.0.

I have a 06 LR3 would this reactive my air suspension?
