Q: Will this quick disconnect work directly on the Badger krome with out the adaptor to fit iwata hose?

This quick disconnect is for badger airbrush. You will need a quick release (like this: https://www.amazon.com/Master-Airbrush-Release-Disconnect-Connections/dp/B001MKGOUM/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1529849078&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=quick+release+airbrush&psc=1) to your Iwata hose. With this, you will be able to use this quick disconnect from badger.

Q: Direct fit badger 200 with no other adapters?

This fit directly onto the badger airbrushed Guns. You still need the female side of the quick coupler but yes this male half fits perfectly onto the badger airbrushes

Q: Does this quick connect work with any quick connect adapter?

You will have to look at the specifications of the particular airbrush and look where the thread size should be posted. I don't know the thread size of the badger off hand. I did hook up a badger quick connect to a Harbor Freight air brush which has a 1/4-20 thread then used a couple of reducers to get it to fit.

Q: What is the brown thing inside? Where can I get a replacement for the inside?

It is a cork gasket. Go to a Dollar Tree, Walmart, etc., and look in the crafts section. You should easily find the cereal-box-cardstock-thin cork sheets, for dirt cheap. Measure the inner diameter of the fitting, where you're putting it, and use a pen, pencil, etc. - of the same diameter if possible - to punch out the shape. It should be even easier to find something to punch out the center hole, but do make sure to do so. One sheet will make hundreds, so probably best to find other uses for it, also, lol.
