well, we think these are really good and clean as far as supplements go. We take them every night with our magnesium and vitamin D3, K2,for a great sleep.

It's a great option to supplement your zinc and avoid some deficiency in selenium and copper and could happen when you only take zinc. I personally take it to lower my E2 level and will test it in a few months to see if it actually works
