NO, the threads are not metric as one reviewer may have led you to believe.The threads on the smaller diameter part, which I have in-hand are: 1 inch NPSH/NPS/NHT... take your pickWhile I don't have a larger part in-hanf, I expect the threads are a 1-1/4 inch NPSH/NPS/NHTWhile you might be able to screw one of these into a 1" or 1-1/4 inch BPS female threaded part, part of the way, it wouls not be a proper thread match. The thread piitch on these parts is 11.5 TPI, while the BPS standard is 11 TPI.... close, but no cigar

It fits perfectly on the anvil crucible 14 gallon and fits the ss mini cip ball, the two silicon gaskets are a nice touch too. Far more universal then the blichmann/anvil bulkhead fitting, time will tell if there are problems but out of the box it works exactly as I wanted

Overall I really like the product, it was easy to install and it provided a leak-free seal.I ordered the 32mm OD thread and I have two minor complaints.1) It isn't possible to install a foldback Tri-clamp element (It will not fit).2) The inside nut wasn't 48mm it was 46mm.I would totally buy this product again

I don't normally write reviews. However, I just had to share that this bulkhead threading fits my Still Spirits Turbo 500 Condenser perfectly. This means that the threading is BPT 40mm. Unfortunately, sellers just do not provide these details because as they expect these bulkheads to be installed to directly to their own nut. I needed to adapt my condenser to a tri-clamp and adding a pair of these bulkheads worked perfectly for my needs. I have yet to run this, but I don't expect any issues at all. They appear to be a top quality product.

Cost about 7 bucks more than the competition, But well worth it. The other ones have a rubber o-ring but theses have real gaskets. If your going to use these on brewing kettle, then you need these.

Added so that I can control fermentation, oxygen entry, pressure transfer to kegs without introduction to air. I had to widen the hole a little with my rotary tool with a sanding wheel but fits great.

I wasn’t sure it how it would fit my Anvil bucket fermenter. But it did and seems high quality. I also bought an equivalent bulkhead from Anvil for my other fermenter and I like the Dernord better. The Dernord is a bit shorter than the Anvil bulkhead, and the design requires a wrench, but the silicone washer on both ends eliminates any chance of scratching the fermenter regardless of how tight you make it (not the same with the Anvil bulkhead). I’d buy this again over the Anvil Bulkhead.

Nice fitting, well made, put into my boil kettle and works nicely for my element.
