Installed batteries and it fired right up! Looks better than the original remote, good size, seems durable. Works like it’s supposed to. Would buy again if needed.

My original remote looked the ones pictured so I bought this one cause I let the batteries erode in the old one. Opened the package pointed at the fireplace and it worked.Then I threw away the old one:)

VERY DISAPPOINTED -- This was to replace my original for my electric fireplace. Very disappointed when I opened to find a 3-inch remote with not all the buttons I'm accustomed to!! I thought it was advertised as very near my original, so idk. Will return.
