I had no problems at all!!! Exactly as expected and absolutely perfect for helping me sleep in a better position for my neck and arm nerve impingement! Not too soft, not too firm, and fit quite nicely on my side of our Queen sized bed. Really lovely brushed velvety fuzzy texture on the removable covers, which have excellent working zippers, and I had no problem getting the covers off and on again. No chemical or plastic smell. The $15 coupon made this EXTRA affordable, which, in this economy, is VERY appreciated! 10/10, would absolutely recommend from this mama and very sore professional cleaner!
