Set wake time to 7am with yellow back lightResult: Concerned as 4 year old still in bed at 7:30am. Enter room to find him staring at the clock and excited to tell us it is morning!This clock has been a game changer for us! I love being able to explain to him that it is bedtime when the back light is blue and still time to sleep when it isn't yellow in the morning. I also use the Red back light (thinking time) with a 5 minute timeout if he has a nightmare in the middle of the night as it isn't as bright as the other colours.
