I bought this tart cherry juice concentrate for the health benefits, especially the antioxidants and anti-inflammatory support. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it tastes – tart but smooth, and not overly sour like some others I’ve tried.I mix it with water or sparkling water and it's super refreshing. The best part? Concentrated. This has been a very pleasant TART Cherry Juice to drink. I pour my 2 tablespoons into a clear glass then add distilled water to bring it to 8 oz. This particular one is states 17g of sugar and that is on the lower spectrum since the average 1-cup serving is approximately 33 grams of sugar.I would buy this product again and as noted - it is something I drink in moderation (2 to 4 times a week NOT daily) due to its naturally occurring sugar content.

I purchased this product because it is a concentrate, and was a good value. This deep red tart cherry juice tastes like a less thick, less sweet, cherry pie filling….delicious! I drink it straight, but it can easily be mixed into your favorite beverage or plain water. Tart Cherry juice is an antioxidant that can improve cognitive function, improve sleep, lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of serious diseases, and can promote healthy digestion as it contains prebiotics. Overall, very pleased with this product.
