These are decent and would probably work better for babies. I bought this for my dog. We use a foam toddler mattress for her. She has issues controlling her bladder and will wet the bed. I change these frequently and bought a few of them. While it doesn’t look as if urine is getting through is definitely smells that way. And I also use wet pads between this cover and the mattress. If I was using this for a toddler who sets the bed frequently I don’t believe it would be worth it as the mattress isn’t really protected.

We got this a while ago when my daughter came home from daycare with lice. Fast forward and she’s now potty trained and wears normal underwear to bed. She has had a couple of nighttime accidents though. We have a couple of “waterproof” mattress pads that don’t work that well. Soaks completely through onto this cover. When we remove this cover, the mattress is COMPLETELY dry! I’m so happy with it. I am buying a second one to have as backup.

I actually bought this to cover my geriatric dogs bed. He was having nightly accidents so this saved his dog bed. I just had to wash the dang thing every day. I gave 4 stars because it was starting to not hold up to all the washing near the seams. But this is after at least 20 washes.

We have a toddler bed that we use for the dogs - needed a new cover for the foam and this worked perfectly! Plus it smells GREAT.

Put this on our babies new mattress after a bed bug treatment to protect it and him if there's any left. I wish there was Velcro over the zipper like the full size ones we got for our bed.

The material feels like good quality and it certainly does the job, but the material is very loose, and with crib mattresses having a tight fit in the crib (and crib sheets being tight-fitting), it easily causes lumps and bumps everywhere. I wouldn't buy it again for that reason, but it will do for now.

These are GREAT and the best price I've found! We actually use them as dog bed covers---protects the bed from getting dirty and smelly; I just through these in the washer/dryer!

I purchased two of these to cover my dogs’ foam beds. They are not 100% waterproof. Although the liquid didn’t soak through it seeped through enough to dampen the foam and thus they had to be thrown out because of the pee smell.
