I bought these when my 1st child was 8 months & learning to walk. They were there for her tumbles & very grateful I had these. Now she is a toddler & jumps, tumbles on the mat. I bought 2 & they're great. They stay together even though their is no velcro. I do recommend getting some of those grips to put underneath to prevent sliding.
