Flexible use
My son is still being diagnosed with allergens so this allows me to change it as needed.

Not Removable
The labels aren't removable, at least not easily. You'll need to soak and scrub in water, then use solvent to remove the adhesive. A real pain in the butt to use.

I love the size and bright green alert of these stickers, they easily remove and mark with regular pens, sharpies, pencils etc.. I would love to have stickers available that read ' Does NOT contain' with the same other options listed
