I cannot fully wrap around the grip, that's also not its intent. these grips simply reduce the surface area so other muscles need to work harder. your lifts will be lighter of course, but the benefit is improving strength in other areas. these also are not a go to everyday addition to your workout, so size is a no issue Imo. **Q: What measures?
