They are changing my life, thank you Lastics *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 10, 2018* I want to start off by saying that I first purchased her first Lastics around 2014, and I really took it for granted. I didn't realize how beneficial it truly is.At that time, I thought nothing of the stretches, then I did a stretch a little too hard and dislocated my shoulder, but that was my fault for over doing it because I had dislocated it before and once you dislocate a shoulder, it can easily be dislocated, so put the DVD away.Fast forward 4 years later, I've been having sciatica pain for over 1.5 years because once again I overdid Physique 57 and re-injured my sciatica. I did go to my Physician here at Fort Hood and they said they were going to give me Physical Therapy, but no one has called and I've called, but no call backs.I've tried everything, A Yoga DVD did help me, but little by little it came back.I was in so much pain and I was literally crying to God to help me get rid of this pain and constant numbness all the way down to my toes.Then, the Lastics DVD popped in my head, I do believe God does guide us and so I feel he guided me.I did it, my pain was immediately improved by like 85%, I reminded myself not to overdo the stretch to dislocated my shoulder.I had such wonderful results that I bought this DVD and they help me out so much with my sciatica. I was feeling so good I decided to do the Bar Method, and my sciatica got irritated but not as severe as before, so right now its irritated mildly. I know that if I keep doing these stretches everyday, I will definitely improved. Plus, you do use your muscles to stretch because you don't use any props to assist you stretch, no belts or anything. I like that, which allows me to get a better stretch and I use my muscles. She does modify the stretches in the DVD.I've always been very flexible but due to my sciatica pain I stopped doing anything.Doing these stretches felt so good, I could literally feel all my muscles elongating.My only regret is that I stopped doing it 1.5 years ago, and didn't realize what a gem I had here. I guess it's not till something happens to you, and debilitates you that you realize the benefits something has.I'm going to repurchase the first DVD so that I may have the book so that I don't forget doing certain stretches when I want to do them on my own. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Immediate Pain Relief! *by B***. on Reviewed in the United States on November 21, 2016* I don't write many reviews but this DVD has changed my life and I've only been using it for about 5 days. I am a previous runner and I love to hike and be active but the past few years I have slowed down due to significant hip pain and tremendous spine pain. No physician has found an etiology to this pain but even after my first time engaging in these stretches the best that I could considering my pain and stiffness I had instant and sudden pain relief and a feeling if lightness. The more I practice the better I feel and I havnt felt this well for several years. Also, I noticed after my first time that I had sudden diarrhea - and since then my gut has performed well which is a complete change from chronic digestion problems. I am not sure if it is due to freeing up the nerves in my hips and back but I honestly havnt felt this good despite numerous doctors, yoga, exercising and eating right. Thanks so much for producing this DVD - I am sleeping well and having quality in my life now. I didn't expect this type of physiological response but my body loves this!! I saw an article about Lastics on wellandgood.com, and they give the system a great recommendation. It's a full body stretch with clear, detailed instruction.The DVD is divided into sections with a menu, so you can do some or all of the sections very easily. It's a great value, too! An hour and seventeen minutes of stretching, and the exercises have toning benefits, too. If you are looking for a fresh take on a stretching workout, this is a great one to try.You can rent the individual sections on Amazon for a low price, and I did that before I bought the DVD. I tried the hip stretch section, and that convinced me to buy the DVD.
