Difficult to swallow, and you have to have 12 capsules a day!
I was misled by the packaging into thinking that each capsule had 3.3g of peptides, but that is in 6 capsules. In order to get the same dose as the powder version (10g per scoop) you would have to have about 14 tablets. In addition, the capsules are made of gelatin , and are quite large. I found it hard to swallow them with a drink and resorted to using yoghurt. I'd recommend trying the powder instead - it is tasteless and dissolves in a cup of coffee easily.
