Folks, it worked only for THC. Not for any other substances that I am known to be positive for. However, I also discovered that gargling pure hydrogen peroxide for 1 to 2 minutes which is hard to do, but at least one minute right before the test do not eat drinks, smoke or otherwise. And it worked for THC also and only for THC also follow the directions precisely and it does work and since hydrogen peroxide is cheap and so are those tests to buy online. Doesn't hurt to buy one ahead of time and find things that I'm verifying them prior to the test. It's worth the few extra bucks. Spent finding the right product that works for you but again only works for THC

waste of time, money and energy it not only caused me to fail my drug test. It also burnt it surface area and underneath my tongue. I haven’t eaten for three days and I can barely drink a glass of room temperature water. I followed the instructions to a T and I even gave myself 10 days of not using prior to the test and I still failed. I think it was probably because the mouthwash was so harsh it caused my tongue and gums to bleed, allowing a much stronger bodily fluid to adhere to test swab. The niacin in the mouthwash is basically caffeine, which is supposed to dry out your mouth. if your mouth isn’t secreting saliva containing the chemical compound within your pH that shows you used drugs then you would pass the drug test. The mouthwash did the exact opposite for me, it caused me to over produce saliva due to the trauma it unleashed upon my mouth. like I said, I quit using 10 days before the test not just 48 hours as most sites indicate being plenty of time to pass the saliva test. I want my money back. I should sue you for no warnings on your label that it could cause damage to, someone’s mouth especially if using certain medications!!! The only way to pass a drug test is to quit… Give it a good 30 days from last inhale…. the end

I Passed my drug test & start work next week. I’m not a very heavy smoker but smoke at least 1-2 a day, I stopped smoking about 56hrs prior to my test & I brushed my teeth & used mouthwash that morning and right before taking the test and then used the product afterwards. Follow the instructions and it’ll work! Just prepare for the bad taste.EDIT:I had to take a second drug test because the first one lapsed and wad too long from when I first got it done, did the same thing I explained in the first review and Passed again! It was even after the 30mins It said it was only supposed to work for. This product definitely works!! And anyone who is saying it isn’t is probably not following the directions or detoxing long enough. I will be back if I need it again!

I'm pretty sure they are counterfeiting someone else's product. Tamper seal looked fake or maybe glued back on. I'm lucky and made sure * had backup

I don't even give this product a star. It is a terrible product. It did not work. I followed the instructions exactly like it described and explained my friend actually failed their mouthswab. Test because of this round up, getting fired from his job

Was recently offered a great job opportunity that required a drug screen. When I received the news, I had just smoked and was totally freaked out by the news. None the less I took to the internet and came across this product. Some of the reviews gave me little hope but I ordered (2) bottles of product anyway. I ceased all smoking which was 3 days before my test. Once I arrived to the center, I used the first bottle. I knew I had a 30 minute window and still needed to complete paperwork. My paperwork only took about 15 minutes. I asked to be excused for the restroom is when I rinsed with the second bottle. Returned to the office and they were ready to test. The test took about 3 minutes total but I was informed right there that I had passed. This product really works if used correctly. I did also brush, floss and used alcohol free mouthwash the day of the test.
