Seamless Installation and Ample Length: It delivers
***Note: If you're reading before buying, double check you have the A129 Plus Duo Dash Camera!***This rear cable has been an excellent addition to my car setup. The length of the cable was more than sufficient, if not slightly longer than needed. It allowed me to easily conceal and route the cable underneath the car's ceiling!The installation process itself was a breeze (took ~30min), especially for my specific car model. The cable's design and connectors made it foolproof to connect and integrate with the A129 Plus Duo Dash Camera system. I encountered no complications during the installation and haven't experienced any issues with the cable's functionality since then.Overall, I am highly satisfied! Glad I bought the longer one than the initially provided cord.

Works as expected on 2017 Toyota Sienna
Purchased this piece after reading reviews of the A129 Plus Duo, and dire warnings about the original (included) rear white being too short. This installed easily and tucked in behind the plastic trim, and ended up with a couple feet left over to tuck in. Works, so it's all good.

2nd set I've bought. First set was for my car, and I liked it so well that I got another set for the wife's CRV. Is it her favorite gift ever? Uh no. But it's foolproof and hopefully we'll never really need to use it.

Great for Liftgates
My car is pretty big already, and it has a liftgate, which makes installing a rear-view dashcam a challenge.I bought this because the cable that came with my Viofo A129 Plus wasn't quite long enough to reach the liftgate with enough slack to ensure it didn't pull the cable when it opened. This cable worked just like the original and I didn't notice any quality differences. I had a bit of cable length left over, so I tucked it behind some trim panels (double-check for airbags). Now over a year in, the camera has performed flawlessly and I couldn't be happier.

Second one worked
The cable that came with the camera was not long enough. Ordered 8 meter from Amazon. First one did not work. Amazon sent a replacement, worked perfectly second time around. No hassle exchange

Needed for the 2017 CR-V
While installing the Viofo Plus Duo dashcam rear camera, I realized that the cable that comes in the kit is not long enough. If I route it via the headliner all the way to the rear, the cable is certainly long enough. However, I do not feel comfortable routing it along the side curtain airbags. So, I routed the cable from the A-pillar behind the side airbag down to the floor and under the front and back door sills, then up behind the weather stripping to the cargo area headliner. This requires extra length.When ordering the cable, make sure it is for the Viofo Plus. Rear camera cable for other Viofo models do not work with the Plus.

Make sure you have the right dashcam!
I have the A129 Duo model which the fine print says the cable is not compatible with!! I installed it before realizing this. I'd have to cut off the connector to get it out...

It doesn't work with VIOFO A129
It doesn't work. I have 2 VIOFO A129 units to swap around parts - needed a new cable, this one doesn't work at all.
