I bought this along with some of the competing Highland brand. I tried both, and they each have their own special values. The Highland is thinner regarding thickness. This means you can see what is underneath it a little more clearly. Also, it's more tape on the same size reel (I suppose because it is thinner). I bought this so as to compare the tapes directly, side by side. Both are good. The Scotch is thicker, so that's why there is 296" less per roll.But the clincher for making this purchase was the free tape dispenser with the tape. They both stick well and the extra thickness I believe makes the Scotch a little easier to handle as the tape doesn't tend to curl and get caught up within itself quite as much. I would buy either product again.

This is the heaviest dispenser I have ever had! I real must for me! Love it! Great price with the addition of the tape! Some different colors would be nice! ☺️

The dispenser is well built. It has great non-skid footing and is heavy enough so that you can use it one handed, it doesn’t slip out of place when you pull tape. I was also impressed with the number of tape refills so am a very happy camper.

This is a good tape dispenser. It is heavy enough it doesn't move around on my desk. The tape roll holder snaps securely in place so the tape roll doesn't pop out unless you take it out. It looks good sitting on the desk. I am happy with it. This is a good value, and the tape rolls that come with it is a plus.

Dispenser is nice and sturdy and the tape is good quality

I bought this product because of value for the money, you get a dispenser and scotch tapes. When it arrived, the bottom of the dispenser had a hole. It’s not that I will be looking at it, because the dispenser will be sitting on the hole. It’s just that once I see something wrong, I try to replace it. When you are spending your hard earned money no matter the cost, you are entitled to be picky.

If you're needing one, get it while it's under fourteen dollars. Such a deal especially with 6 rolls of tape. Works great, well weighted, fairly compact, and a good non slip bottom.

My grandchildren use tape all of the time. They each have one dispenser and loads of refills. The dispenser is not very heavy and it’s easy to use.

Excellent quality, dispenser cuts tape well and stays in place on the table when using it due to great non skid grip. Tape is excellent quality as well. A must buy for Christmas coming up!

Lo uso para sujetar el papel antes de pintar acuarelas, por lo general funciona bien aunque a veces al quitarlo se lleva un poquito del papel. Pero es un excelente producto; el mejor de los que he probado hasta ahora. La pintura no se filtra debajo, así que deja el marco natural perfectamente blanco.
