Outstanding
There are a number of lighting kits for the new Ghostbusters Lego ECTO-1 10274, but I went with Bricksmax. I wasn't disappointed! The build quality of the system is incredible, and the final effect amazing. All the components are well made and wrapped in sealed packets. The brightness of the lights is spot on, and the design of the lighting top notch. Headlights, secondary lights, flashing blues on the roof whose frequency can be controlled, even a light in the engine. The wiring is cleverly hidden and those that can be seen add to the effect and detail of an already incredible version of ECTO-1. I recommend you follow the brilliant Bricksmax video on YouTube as the included instructions are good but can't replace watching a pausing a video! Over the moon with the purchase, especially when I turned on the battery pack (that get's concealed in the car) and every single light worked perfectly.

I won't be bothering again.
Firstly instructions are completely useless, they're worse than a certain Swedish furniture store and I write their instructions !!I'm sure a very good product once you have rebuilt the Lego kit, after you have to disassemble it to fit the lights.I found the wiring would then make the wobbly bits worse and then the Lego kit would fall apart. with the slightest of touch or breath from 1000 yards away.It may be okay if the kit was going to be glued and permanent.If you have the patience for micro surgery or indeed are a Micro Surgeon - this is the kit for you !

HAVE TROUBLE ATTACHING LIGHTS TO ECTO-1
IT SAYS THE ITEM IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE LEGO KIT I BOUGHT FOR MY HUSBAND BUT THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE MORE THAN USELESS. ALSO, THE BRICK COLOURS ARE NOT WHATS SHOWN ON THE PICTURE! IT’S ALOT OF MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS FRUSTRATING TO TRY & USE!

Look great but a bit fiddly
Great product.It isn’t the easiest to put together for a novice like me but with a bit of persistence, you get a great end result.Just remember (unlike me) to keep checking the lengths of the cables as you pull them through the bricks. I was a bit short on a couple of them, so I couldn’t connect them easily.Follow their guide on YouTube for the best instructions.

Tricky to assemble but looks awesome once you do
Quite tricky to put together (instructions aren’t great) but it looks fab once you do. I had issues with a couple of led cables that broke - contacted the company and they sent replacements immediately free of charge (along with a little Lego figure). So all in all I can’t complain and it makes the car looks great!
