Is the thermometer a sticker pasted to the jug?

It’s built into its own little piece of metal, but I’m pretty positive it’s a sticker type situation. Works though. I’ve had mine for years

It’s just a pitcher with a built in temperature strip. Ideally you want the milk to be steamed to about 145 degrees. How else can you tell the proper temp. Without a gauge? It is used in conjunction with the Breville machine to steam the milk to perfection
